Boarding

We know it’s hard for you and your pet when you go away, so we offer boarding services to provide your pet with a comfortable and safe stay while the rest of the family are gone. Although not the same as home, we provide our guests with a clean, secure, comfortable and climate controlled environment. Music plays in all our suites and all our rooms are clean and bright with fresh air ventilation.

An appropriate diet is included for all our guests or you are welcome to bring in any special food of your choice. Let us know of any special feeding instructions on admission. You are also welcome to bring any special toys, treats etc. that your pet might like.

Cats enjoy their stay in spacious compartments with bedding and litter provided. While our staff clean kitty’s suite, your friend can romp and play in the room to ensure they also get some exercise.

Dogs have spacious runs to relax in. Each unit allows enough space for your dog to move around and not feel cramped. Because there’s nothing more enjoyable than the fresh outdoors to our canine friends, we have an expansive recreation area to provide our guests with exercise during their stay.

Our warm and bright avian room is furnished with cages of various sizes, enabling us to house anything from budgies to macaws. Your feathered friend will enjoy talking and interacting with fellow avian pals during their stay.

We also have accommodations to meet the special needs of other exotic pets.

To ensure the health and well being of all our guests we require that all dogs and cats are up to date with vaccines, exams and parasite control. All birds and exotic animals must be current with exams and appropriate fecal and/or blood work.

All of our guests are monitored for eating and elimination habits and your pet’s weight is checked regularly. If your pet is on chronic medication that is required during his/her stay, we also are able to provide that service. Please be advised that although your pets are in a safe, secure environment there is no direct supervision overnight. If there are any concerns regarding your pet’s stay in the hospital overnight, we will discuss them with you. You will have the added benefit of knowing that if your loved one experiences any illness while you’re away, it will be promptly addressed by one of our veterinarians. This will give you peace of mind while your pet stays with us.
