Anja
Anja has recently graduated from Seneca College as a Veterinary Technician. She plans to write her registration exam soon. She started her veterinary career with us in 2006 as a co-op student, and has worked her way up to a full time position as a technician. She enjoys all aspects of being a Veterinary Technician, but has a special interest in canine bahaviour. For about 6 years now, she has been training her own dog in the sport of schutzhund, as well as training beginnner dogs under the supervision of her dog trainer. In the future, she plans to expand her knowledge and abilities in canine behaviour to allow her to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home dogs that are deemed 'hopeless'. She also has a dream to one day meet, and be trained by, Cesar Milan - the dog whisperer. Anja has a Cane Corso named "Fiora", a boxer/lab mix named "Mia", a green-cheeked conure named "Kiwi", a rainbow crab, two frogs and a bunch of fish!
