What to Expect

As a new client to our practice you can expect our full attention to your pets’ needs. Our service will be provided with courtesy and respect.

When arriving you will be warmly greeted and shown to an examination room as soon as possible. Our goal is to see all of our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We continuously work to minimize these delays. To help ensure things run smoothly, please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are a new client please email your intake form if possible, bring it filled out, or arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.

Normally, our veterinary technicians (veterinary nurses) will take a history from you and gather information for the doctor. This is an extremely important step as it ensures all of your concerns are heard and helps delineate a timeline for chronic problems. A veterinarian will see you next. They will examine your pet, and together, a treatment plan will be made that may include further diagnostics or medical management. To wrap up the appointment, your veterinary technician will be available to answer any outstanding questions, demonstrate medication, and provide further educational information. Our experienced client care team will process billing and schedule any further follow-up appointments before you leave.

We are excited to meet you and your animal companions!
